JMM's girls have benefitted from Sam's extensive fashion experience and contacts with major agencies in London and abroad, which have led to a very lucrative and rewarding modelling careers for the lucky few.
Once placed with other agents, JMM continues their personal management. We are here for our girls 24/7, whenever they have a problem or need advice, to help organise their travel or to share their excitement about a new job.
"Great models are rare. You need to be tall, with great bone structure, smart and grounded. It's often the quiet, studious girls that have what it takes. I can teach them how to walking in heels, to pose and build their confidence. Seeing their confidence grow, is one of the most rewarding parts of my career."
